The CGI of the tank blowing up looks lame, and Rorschach looks like he can practically fly...

Not really, the part where he runs up a fence post maybe a little new but it isn't impossible considering more than a few times Rorschach is noted for his physical strength and agility. The other two times I saw were when he used the grappling hook which is straight from the comic and his exit from the apartment, again from the comic book - and hell, he even twists or breaks his ankle doing that so he knows it was stupid.

I really enjoyed that trailer. Granted, it used the exact same format, music and for the most part, same scenes only played out a little longer or shown at a different time, but there was also a pretty large amount of new stuff. Looking forward to this!

Wasn't that bad. considering a CGI creator had to make each part and make it like it was being dismantiled would take alot of work to do.

Some scenes are probably just unfinished (Like the tank scene)

Perfect example would be the iron man trailer. The CGI was way better down the road when the newer trailers came out.

Definitely looks like it'll be a fun movie.

The tank is being disassembled, not blown up AFAIK.

Besides the excessive slow motion scenes and a too skinny Nite Owl, it looks pretty awesome.

I came.

But who watched the filmmakers watching the watchmen?

Some of that Nite Owl stuff might be in the past, but we'll see.

My friends and I are going to skip class and drive 50+ miles just to see this on opening day.

Can't wait.

Nite Owl and Silk Spectre kissing as the bomb goes off in the background gave me goosebumps. It looks to be very faithful to the source material. But still, needs more Rorschach. It's strange. He embodies everything I disagree with, yet he is my favorite character.

The Beginning is the End is the Beginning.
