So I ordered my computer a little while ago as some of you may remember. Well, the other day I realised that the cheapy $7 dollar Logitech 250 keyboard wasn't with the order. I shot them an e-mail. They promptly apologized, and asked if I wanted a refund or the keyboard. I told them the keyboard. Two days later they send me a tracking number and another apology.

Newegg didn't get as big as they did because of their astounding selection or pricing, but from their ideal role-model customer service.
 
Newegg has been making me rage through the last week. I've been trying to pay with PayPal for a $1000+ checkout, but there's always an error. I called Newegg, and the fault is theirs, but they've yet to fix it. Otherwise yeah, Newegg is great.
 
I've had a similar great experience with overclockers.co.uk, when I ordered my 8800GT. I originally ordered a XFX version which I then canceled for a BFG OC2 version. There were initially some distribution issues but when they were packing them up the night before receiving it, my order on the website was still 'in warehouse queue'.

I dropped them an irate message on their forums. Someone from OCuK, cross referenced my forum email with their account record emails, matched my order. Manually put it through, packaged it, ran downstairs and put it in the back of the city link courier truck. I also got an apology on my voicemail from the managing director of the company who told me I would receive the card the next day. (Staffordshire to London). It came, and the card is excellent.

Customer service like that, meant I buy all my stuff from them. My entire build is 100% OCuK

3 months after I purchased my current setup, Newegg dropped the prices of all AMD chips. I felt shortchanged and gave Newegg (Dear-John) phone-call. They sympathised with me (Even though I didn't deserve sympathy; knowing Soon-To-Come AMD price changes) Newegg agreed to settle by sending me $50.00 worth of goodies. :E

Newegg is the fastest out of anything I've ordered.

It always comes in 2 days even though I always get the 5-7 day delivery.
 
Compusa wasn't owned by them...until recently. Compusa shouldn't have any impact on TDs image (it's bad by itself).
 
In late 2006, I ordered most of the parts in my current PC from Newegg. After the of course fast delivery of my goodies, which arrived 2 days BEFORE Newegg said they would, I was needless to say pleased. So I type up a customer review dripping with love for all things Newegg.

I get an e-mail from a customer support rep a day later, thanking me for my nice words & to advise me that a small care package has been shipped to me as way of thanks. A couple days later, I get the small care package that consists of;

1 bright orange T-shirt with Newegg logo on it.
1 Black hat with Newegg Logo on it
1 Metal chrome License Plate Bracket with Newegg Logo that says "I'd Rather Be Pimpin My PC"

I Love Newegg.

As for TirgerDirect, I have done a fair amount of business with them as well over the years for parts to be used for clients PC's & I have so far, never had any problems with them. Always on time & in working order. While they are not Newegg, I have not had any problems with them.
