Bosnia and Herzegovina during 1993 at the time of the heaviest fighting between the two warring sides. Two soldiers from opposing sides in the conflict, Nino and Ciki, become trapped in no man's land, whilst a third soldier is becomes a living booby trap.

Fantastic movie, I've seen it several times. It really gives good insight into the senselessness of the conflict. The arguements of who started the war, the absurd red tape of the UN, and ultimately the seemingly self-destructive nature of ethnic conflict. If you have any interest at all in that region, this movie is a must watch. But rent it or buy it, don't download it. (Get rid of that link)

I caught this years ago, and was very impressed. It requires a bit of an attention span and isn't for anyone who wants to have a happy day.
