I remember this mod in development, but lost track of it a while ago. It was a singleplayer mod for Halflife, new textures, new everything.. it looked great... anyone have the web address? is it still around?

Yes it is still in development, but it is called nightwatch, not shift. Also I agree it looks awesome! Don't worry, considering the people working on this mod I am pretty confident it will indeed get finished... eventually. Here's the link:
