It's kind of complicated, but read through it - it's quite interesting. So what do you think of this development? And can a technologically minded person please explain to me exactly what the patent is talking about?

Lots of other sources are saying the controllers will have gyroscopes inside of them allowing for the tilting and movement of the controller in your hand to affect the gameplay...very good idea.

Of course, this patent might not relate to any of the consoles soon to be released.

(as much as I love Nintendo, my bank balance hates them. A DS, new Gameboy, and a sucessor to the GC is going to cost a fair penny. Ah well, there's one thing that's guaranteed - they're all going to own \o/)
