Good to see the Revolution actually being used in a gaming setting instead of just looking at it on it's own. None of what is shown are new games, just a few simple demos thrown together or old gamecube games given Revolution control.

No sound, video isn't very high quality and is obviously not the complete presentation Nintendo gave but is still nice to see. I especially like how they show racing games could be played near the end. I am definitely buying this system. :D

EDIT: Turns out it's a fan made video, but still it is a good way of getting an idea of what this thing can do.

It's another fan made mock-up showing how Half-Life 2 could be played with the controller and "nun-chuck" attachement.

I'm mostly interested in playing games with Swords and/or Lightsabers with that controller.
:D

Holding the remote for the F-Zero demo just begs for a motorcycle/dirtbike game.

Also seeing the sword cut through the cloth made me hope that they include a rumble system in the remote. More specifically a rumble system with variable strength settings that are determined by the game. When I slash through cloth or even someones flesh you have to admit it would be cool to feel a very weak vibration in the controller to simulate how it could feel. Yes I know that does sound a little sick but it is pretty damn cool anyway.

That was very cool at the end with the racing game. I didn't visualise it being used like that.

Is that official though, or a fake?

It's a fan made production. They weren't even trying to make it out as a real Nintendo presentation.

I liked how F-Zero was "played"... Looks pretty cool.
I want a Rev. :)

The remote does have rumble feedback. :)
And seeing as the rumble motors on GC and N64 pads had varying feedback strength, it would be fair to guess the Rev does as well.

I crave a revolution F-Zero! :rolling:

Interesting to see that cloth part, even though I'm pretty sure the Revolution won't have a physics chip...

All your quotes are belong to me.

I think this is going to be one sweet system. My wife will require a PS3 for various franchises, but I might talk her into getting a revolution, especially if the controller isn't too heavy. I've only ever owned two consoles personally, and they were a 64 and a 'Cube, so I'm a bit of a Nintendo fan... even if I wasn't I would want to play with this controler.

Judging by the F-Zero portion, people like me who lean with current gen controllers as if thats going to help chracter manouverability can rejoice!

The only thing I think I won't like about this controller is that when a buddy pushes you while playing it will actually really screw you up unlike before when it would only be a little distracting. At the same time though I can still do the same too him. :E

Pretty neat, I guess that setup gives console's FPS a new edge.
