Fatal error: could not connect to any

I formatted recently from which was a completely working steam setup before hand, but now it's completely different. When it checks for updates it just carks it and stops at that error message. All my other computers that have it installed runs it fine. Thus its not my router/internet connection.

There is currently no firewall in place and everything else on this computer that has a connections works like a charm.

If any mod wants to lock and/or tag it solved or whatever, do so.
