Just been playing half-life 2 for hours, and i take the disk out caus my dodgy dvd drive is making funny noises once again 
and then Steam kicks out the error message that it has no disc, surely this cannt be right, how much ****ing authenticating does it need, geez, n e wasy has n e 1 else had this problem/ found away around it? its a bit annoying since as i went for the retail version and not the steam and now look what happens...
