no guns..??

In the "Follow Freeman" chapter, all of my weapons disappeared. Thats right, all of them. I was forced to used the impulse 101 cheat. I got the weapons but they were all invisible for the rest of the game. So I played through the end with invisible weaponry. Any idea what happened or how to fix this? It's not nearly as fun whacking a headcrab with a crowbar that you can hear but can't see...

Yeah, sorry, I haven't heard of this before. Would help if I could. You already played through, otherwise I'd suggest loading a previoud save just before the chapter starts.
