No Half-life 2 folder?

Hi, I am trying to get the physgun to work for Half-Life 2, the thing is I don't have a Half-life 2 folder... but I play it through steam and beat the game. So my question is, where is steam reading my half-life 2 files? It really doesn't make sense. In my
D:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\[email protected] the only folders I have are counter-strike source, half-life 2 deathmatch, and half-life source... Where is my half-life 2 folder? Help is very much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

what is it you're trying to do exactly?

Uh... well my question really isnt about that it's about where my half-life 2 folder is but its just a mod that allows you to use the physgun (the gun that shoots out a blue beam and welds stuff together) in singleplayer for half-life 2.

well somehow u deleted the file or it got moved to anothor place on the hd jsut do a search for it
