No walking glitch in KotOR 1 - HELP!

I've tried posting some threads on specific KotOR forums, but still haven't seen any replies

I've been having a problem where the main character won't move, but I can still look around and access menus. I've tried saving and reloading, and restarting my computer, but to no avail.

Attached is my SWInfo file which the KotOR forums say they need to determine the problem :angry:

Can anybody give me a hand?

Reinstall game, update it, press tab to switch to another character (that's what I did the few times).

How far have you gotten?
Have you not been able to walk at all when you start a new game?
