noob servers

i know no1 likes a noob but damn it how am i supose to get better is i keep getting owend by good ppl so does anyone have a server where i can play people who are new at this or soemthing so i can actually get some practice other then being fresh meat to some duche?

Well... What I did when I first started playing CS:S, the exact thing I did to get better was play as well as I could, then I would spec the person who killed me, then who killed him, etc.
Then, once the bots came out, I started using them till they couldn't touch me :cheers:
