I have been here a while but I have always wondered about inserting an image into a post and getting it to appear rather than have a hyperlink.

Also is the system set up so that if you post an image and preview your post you will only see the link? Thanks!

Some forums disallow image linking, like this forum for example.

Some other of our forums allow it, mainly due to incidents in the past.

So in off-topic for example. Save image to computer and use that?

If you want to use you'll need to host it from a site.

[url]www.imageshack.us[/url] is a good site for hosting images.
