Not enough American actors

I know all the Americans probably haven't noticed but us brits have noticed that every new/good US drama has a British lead - Damian Lewis in Life is English, Michelle Ryan in Bionic Woman, Hugh Laurie in House ad Kevin McKidd in Journeyman (before they cancelled it) and they all have to pretend to be american. I also noticed that David Anders in Heroes is actually american and puts on the english accent and it seems to me like they have it the wrong way around
 
Yes. Actors sometimes play people of other nationalities. It's similar to how they portray other individuals of the same nationality, but requires adjusting their accent.
 
I say there's too many american actors. Many of them are shittastic as well, and they over shadow many of the truly talented international actors.
 
There's a good reason why we're importing british acting talent...
 
Look at Tom Cruise.
Obviously, God ****ed up on that actor. Somewhere.
