Decent Music site..

http://vivamusic.org/en/mp3/top-played/

Say you like metal as shown above, you instantly get all your favorites like Nightwish, Deftones, Metallica etc. all with band histories, music, albums and best of all fast streaming free Muisc to download. That's right, there is a clear link called download song and it's amazing.

You can even find out about related bands, say you like NIN.

You can instantly find related bands like Rammstein and Rob Zombie etc..and once again, you can download the songs for free.

Not only that, it shows videos, all the latest songs and charts. And let me repeat myself, you can download them for FREE. Every amazing band from tool, to the smashing pumpkins to porcupine tree to the foo fighters is there. It's not perfect yes, but it's fantastic for discovering bands, discovering music and downloading them for ****ing free. I don' care if you people already heard about it, but for those who have not, here. If the mods are not happy with me advertising such sites, just delete this thread

I wonder when this site will get owned by the Music Producers. Let's hope not..

Meh, one of about a hundred other similar sites. Me, I prefer to use Last.fm because it brings out so much more from the woodwork other than the generic sound-alike bands that are always talked about. Don't mistake me for some kind of elitest that doesn't like the big name bands, as I do, but if I wanted to hear bands that sounded like NIN I'd keep pressing on if it threw Rob Zombie at me.

Last.fm then torrents/Megadownload.net is pretty much the best way, I think. That site is pretty crap compared to others, but even so, it's just the odd MP3 of one or two songs. I'd rather grab albums.

No DJ Inphinity, no Jon Young, no loady load on The Underdog Project = no epicness
