That's because there aren't any... What you mean is models. Prefabs are usually a bunch of brushes while models are detailed geometry created in a 3d modeling software (such as 3dsmax). To import models in your map, use a prop_static entity (or another prop something) and in the mdel property, put the path and the name of the model you want to use.

They aren't prefabs they are props, which you can browse if you create a point-based prop entity and look under it's properties.

The map itself isn't too bad for a first map, but isn't too great either, to be blunt. You seem to have gotten a pretty good grasp of the basics. I would suggest trying something a bit more realistic or shall we say.. something that has a purpose. Things to focus on:

1. Lighting: The models on the wall are ok but using point-based lighting as a primary light-source doesn't look very good. Don't feel bad tho, I can't seem to get texture lights working either at the moment.

2. Brushwork: Rather boxy at the moment. Try to add more details like pillars holding up the ceiling, supports in the walls, frames on doorways and windows, etc. This sort of thing comes with experience.

3. Texturing: I know there isn't a whole lot of materials to chose from at the moment, so can't really be too hard on you for that one, but you do have some rather abrupt transitions, particularly the floor where it goes from checkered to concrete. You could lower or raise one of them and put some kind of trim in there to make it look better.
