SO i got this new nvidia video card, e-geforce 7200 GS, installed it, and download the latest driver for vista 32-bit.

The game does not crash, but theres still major lag when i enter fights or huge open scenes, the audio stutters as well.

I have tried running it in a window, 1024x768 res, and low settings, there wasn't any improvement.

My desktop is an Aspire M5600, 1gig ram, 1.8gh.

can someone please help.:|

Try lowering your video settings a bit.

that is preety low.....but a 7200gs seems close to 6200 speed. also it is vista,so i recommend looking on your laptop manufactures site and looking to see if there is an update for your video driver.

Yeah I'm not too sure what the 7200 is like but it seems pretty damn low, and if you've got vista on those specs I'd highly recommend getting a pc to boost that. But assuming you're not going to spend that much I recommend just going down to xp.

You need some more ram running vista. Vista is memory hungry.

Vista needs more RAM, that is why I stay with XP.

I am using GeForce 6800GT, it is better than 7200 GS. But my processor comes from ass.

I'm a wee bit concerned, actually. Why are people buying these particular cards, when really good cards are a mere $50 away? It leads me to think that the workers at computer stores are hyping up crap cards to new users so they can get rid of them. A 7600 GT will run you about $90-95$ after rebate and will tear the testicles off of anything before it (and some after). Also, for the majority of the time, it doesn't need a super PSU to feed it. It just makes sense to me that you're getting terrible results.

because some people consider a "new" item to work with everything.

why did you get that video card.. please get a better one, in my country a 6800 gs is sold for like 100 Singapore dollars which is 70 Us dollars, so if you can change your card, do so instantly..
