O..m..g there's a X800 XT in my window.

not in the window of any department store, or any ATI manufacturer, nope its sitting infront of the lounge window in my house, right now. :O

but here's the deal,, its not mine ;( , i cant afford stuff like that, im a uni student. I have to compromise

my dad build's machines, and a friend of my dad bought the card and dropped it off today, I know the guy, regular customer

but OMG, my dad also works as a part time heavey goods driver, and hes doing nights on sunday through to monday evening, so he'll be away for a while, as he's doing day shifts aswell , till tuesday. He was going to hook the card up on tuesday, we have it for about 2 weeks before the guy finishes collecting his computer bits and the machine is done and sold.

Anyway, what you reckon I should do?,

I can wait till tuesday

or I can install it in replace of my 9600 xt right now to test Doom III in the most ridiculously high detail and resolution settings , lol.

I told you what to do buy a 9800 xt and trick the guy saying here it is. Be like since we know you so long GIVE ME your computer and I put it in there for free and update your drivers.
Put the 9800 xt in there update it give it to him never finds out. Just incase he finds out copy all his porno off his computer and use it as blackmail and he will shutup.
