Centralization of the means of communications and transportation in the hands of the State

Democratic support for the FCC and support of changing public radio to force owners to play liberal talking points.

Abolition of all rights of inheritance.

The democrat supported Death Tax

A heavy progressive or graduated income tax.

Obama wants to increase income taxes, rather than smartly supporting a national sales tax to replace income tax.

Don't you realize what this did? Rather than letting the economy correct itself we have just prolonged an even worse disaster. The future is not bright because of this.

Banks are hoarding this money anyway and aren't really getting the credit rolling again. Poor poor decision.

You do realize this stuff is coming up as part of a last ditch effort within the McCain campaign to win over the people who are still terrified that everyone is a communist? He's appealing to Joe Retirement home because Joe Plumber has become the biggest joke of a campaign strategy in the history of presidential elections.

Seems more likely to me that white guilt would improve Obama's chances of being elected...the only racists left in America nowadays besides the KKK and Neo-Nazis are actually blacks who hate white people for.....
 
McCain can't even run a well organized campaign. What makes him think he can run an entire country? His campaign is pitiful and far from noble. Precisely what his term of presidency would likely be like.

I suggest looking up the difference between de jure and de facto racism, for starters.

I'll admit, I am racist, but only slightly towards blacks...most of my racism goes towards hispanic illegals because of bad experiences I have personally had with them...

Any tax can be described as a 'redistribution of wealth', since it claims wealth from one party with the explicit guarantee that it will be used for the benefit of all. There are no 'Democrats' in Britain, unless you mean the Liberal Democrats who have never been in power. Both of the two main parties in Britain are Right of centre in their politics.

The fantastically ironic thing about all this is that were he to be seriously grilled on the issue it would become clear that not even McCain believes Obama is a Marxist, or even a Socialist. If he really thought so, he wouldn't ever have been backed into a corner where he felt he needed to reassure his base that they 'have nothing to fear' from an Obama presidency. Nevertheless, his campaign makes attacks which are specifically calculated to scaremonger and make ignorant people believe just that; Obama used the phrase 'spread the wealth around!' Obama pals around with terrorists! Obama associated with Marxist professors! and so forth.

If this was a criticism that stood up to scrutiny, the McCain campaign wouldn't have to make it in an implicit fashion. They could just come out and say it. If he really believed what he implies about Obama's Marxist or indeed Socialist tendencies, and if he had the arguments to back it up, there'd be no hesitation in telling all the social conservatives who still harbour doubts about McCain that they have plenty to fear from an Obama presidency. As it is, they know that would be suicide, so they continue to just sow the seed of doubt in order to win over the irrational, and for the rational people well... I don't know what they can bring to bear other than bleating about big emotive single issues like foreign policy, guns and abortion, hoping again that doubt will win over some people. In a nutshell that's why I think McCain can't possibly win the election through anything other than voter racism, foul play, or some combination of both. The ammunition just isn't there otherwise.
