I have a Leadtek 6800gt right now. Core speeds are 350/1000 and my card runs at 60C idling. I checked what the optimal settings would be with coolbits and it bumped it up to 405/1100. I restarted and noticed my temp only rose about 1-2 degrees. It hovers around 61-62 while idling.
I never tested it before but while I was in a game I tabbed out to look at what my temp was on my card and it maxed out at 80C. Is that too hot? According to the nvidia temp gague it's a couple bars into the yellow. Would I need extra cooling around my card because of this?
Thanks.
