Hello folks,
I am having a strange problem and as far as I can tell no-one else seems to be affected. At some points in the game, I seem to be pulled towards the walls/borders or other large objects in the map; its like being tied to a bungee rope that is attached to the wall- I try to run toward the middle of an area I'm in but I get pulled back towards the walls, the only way I can move it to skim along the walls while I'm getting pumped full of lead. Its as though the walls or other large objects suddenly have ultra-gravity and pull me towards them.
I first noticed this problem a few days ago in CS:S and to be honest, the effect seems to disappear after a minute or so but its still annoying, especially at crucial moments of the game.
My rig:
WinXP Pro SP2
P4 3.2GHz HT
2GB RAM
Albatron motherboard, Intel 875P chipset
Soundblaster Audigy 2 ZS Platinum Pro
ATI X800XT (AGP)
