Ode to Fragmaster, everyone's hero

Since everyone here seems to have some sort of opinion when it comes to fragmaster i felt it was time to show some of Fragmaster's accomplishments through various links

He played the convincing role of a cop in over his head in the paranormal thriller Doom House 2000 (which can be seen here) http://www.somethingawful.com/download.php?file=movies/sa/doom house 2000.wmv

its not off topic, Fragmaster was everyone's favorite villan when the whole September 30th debacle was still going strong, not to mention he made those 2 flash animations for halflife 2 a while back
 
Fragmaster is a dick. Move on. No one wants to hear his name over here at HL2.net, because he again is, a dick.
 
Is his name Fragmaster? I thought it was Fagmaster, since everyone called him that...

This little Fragmaster drama you guys over here have going on is hilarious. Pre-Sept30 everyone hated him because he insisted that hl2 wouldn't make the release date. You all were so offended that he would go against the word of Gabe, who was promising hl2 on sept30, that you started countless "lets bash fragmaster for his stupidity in thinking hl2 wont make the sept30 date" threads. Then post-sept30, your hate for him only grew because after all the insane Fragmaster bashing and "if hl2 doesn't make the sept30 date ill eat my hat" threads, it turns out he was right and you were wrong. So you hate him even more.

i said i thought he was a pecimist, but i also stated if he was right then all credit to him for it.


the only people i hate are the silly wee "fagmaster is teh gay!111" people.
 
Sometimes using the second person is a stupid thing to do.
 
i appreciate the guy's sense of humor, i just found the drama to be quite amusing between hl2 fans and him

thats why is started this thread, when i found out the fragmaster from planethl was the same fragmaster at somethingawful who was the same fragmaster at fireman comics. you could say he's sort of a renaissance man
 
I couldn't agree more with Pseudonym. Another thing: people hate him because he's part of a rival HL2 site? Isn't he in charge of PHL? And if so, he should be given the due respect that any man who runs a website should be given.
 
I think the hate for fragmaster is unjust. Everyones entitled to his opinion, and his happened to be right regarding the release date. the hate for fragmaster seems to be pretty blind in these forums.

pseudonym is absolutely right, and also has a very cool name because I know what pseudonym means :P
 
i agree- pseudonym has a good point. i dont know what it means, and cba to look it up lol.
 
Yep he also works at planetunreal, which is proberly why he has such an inflated ego.

I'v made many posts detailling why I don't like him and my reasons are pretty much the same as alot of other peoples. It's not because we thought differently about the release date, I thought it was delayed as well, it's because we don't like his attitude.

Just because he writes for some websites and whatever else he does, I'm not going to like the man. It's also a matter of opinion to just how funny he is as well.
 
Im scared to see if he works at planet quake as well....
 
We didn't despise Fragmaster so much for his pessimism, but his attitude in his writing and the one-sidedness he approached the delay. He practically had ZERO faith in Valve AND showed little evidence and support. In a forum, his writing would've almost constitute as flaming/trolling.
 
Well, maybe. Still, it's not a reason to hate him so much.
And Psuedonym is a good name.
