First of all, what is OEM?

Okay, these two cards look pretty much the same to me, I can't see much difference in the offers besides a few CDs missing from the OEM one, and if I don't really NEED them I'd be glad to take the offer. But I need some help. I'm not exactly an expert at computer hardware here, so what exactly are the differences between these two cards.

I'd appreciate any help. If the first one has everything needed and the second one doesn't I'll pay the extra

But if the second one isn't lacking anything necessary.. it's a lot cheaper..

A little about my specs:
I'm getting this for HL2 so I can have a reasonable frame rate (Upgrade from my Geforce 3)

Pentium 2.0GHZ
512RAM

I know it'll have a bottleneck but not too bad eh?
Thanks for your help!

The OEM cards come with just the card, and nothing else. No proper packaging, no manual, no extra software... usually the drivers, but it ends there. Just the barebones stuff.

Also no warrenty and possibly no support
