Official FireFly movie 'Serenity' site up

The official site for the movie 'Serenity', which is based off of the TV-series FireFly, has now got an official site at http://browncoats.serenitymovie.com...eaction=tools.invlink&u=MyOrangeHat&linkID=36.

The series was cut short after one season, dissapointing alot of people worldwide. It was a bout a crew on a smugglers ship just trying to make it out in the outer rims of a futuristic universe.

Yeah the first, and currently only season is available on dvd.

I feel sorry or Joss Whedon. First Firefly get's cancelled, and then Angel is cut short... travesty, i tell you, travesty!

Anyhoo, looking forward to the movie, as well.

funny thing is i thought firefly was great, but i didn't really care for buffy or angel much at all.. i thought the writing was much weaker, and the more soap-opera nature of teen-girls and vampires didn't interest me much anyway..

Well, when Angel took over Wolfram & Hart (evil law firm) that's when I got really interested... Naturally, that's when they decided to pull the plug. :frown:
