it's part of the PS2 version of HL (BS was part of the Dreamcast version)

Decay was a co-op expansion that came with the PS2 port of HL1.
I'm quite surprised 9 people have actually played it.
It's fun, but not exactly mainstream.
The good news is there's a mod team remaking it for source.

I've beaten all five games repeatedly, BTW.

Y'all should be able to pick up a copy for pretty cheap, since it's an old game now.
Or just rent it from somewhere.
It's worth it just to play decay, as it reveals some good HL1 plot infomation. It's also some quality co-op while it lasts.

What's decay, it's on PS2 you say? I only have PSone... I would like to get blue shift, is it any good? I've played the other three.

BS is good, it's very short and there are no new weapons or enemies but the best thing about it is the high-detail pack. Almost everything is visualy upgraded and it will upgrade all HL1 and OP4 aswell.

And make the models look even less realistic than HL1. High Definition pack sucks!
