I know tony hawks is popular, but would anyone be intrested in a skate mod for half life 2 ? more realistic than tony hawks but less realisitic than real life, with a really cool soundtrack so on, it would be pretty cool and very different i think

His point was that if Tony Hawk can sue anyone for making a game about skating, then the Army can sue anyone for making a game about going round killing things (As thats what they do). But its a bad analogy as the british army was doing it before America was even discovered, so we get to sue them

Umm..every game
FPS = Frames Per Second ^_^ lol!!
Though FPS MEANS FIRST PERSON SHOOTER.
Yeah FPS will have Guns as the "shooter" implies.

Now a FPG(First Person Game) would be a diffrent story..
