Details are sparse, but Okamiden has been confirmed in Famitsu. Good news :)

There are scans about, however I hear from a reliable source that scans=bans and won't be adding a link.

Best news I've heard all day. Okami was amazing, so I have yet to see what they can do with DS tech. It's probably a side-scroller.

Do I even need to repeat the praise? You rock, Warbie.

It's actually 3d and cell shaded. Have a google, it looks nice :)

I was interested in the first one. What systems did it come out for?

EDIT : looks like PS2 & Wii

Would buy it now if it had a PC version

Saw this but was too lazy to post. Thanks Warbie. :E

Pretty cool--as long as some of the vest from the original team are working on it....

DS is a console.

/comes back

Bitch.

DS's's'z's are cheap now that the DSi, achieving nothing of great distance from the original, is unfortunately out. For those who do not have one don't really have an excuse I'm afraid.

I still need to finish Okami.

Oh please. Keep in mind it's a new VERSION of the DS, not a NEW CONSOLE entirely.

Name one other console in history that released a new version of itself with as many new features/better quality as the DSi did.

For fun?

Or you could just grind for pointless achievements in games that you can't stand, as usual.

Actually my achievementwhoring has been a lot better(as in less) as of late, been able to get it more under control.

I was just wondering if someone could give me the guts of the whole concept of the Okami games.

The graphics are obviously beautiful and stylish, and the atmosphere seems terrific. I guess it's like a 3D platform quest adventure game, though honestly, I try not to learn too much about a game if I'm already sold on it, because I like surprises.

The on-screen drawing you do while playing doesn't look very exciting to watch, but I'm sure it's better if you are the one playing. The other fighting and combos that you do, like with the wolf - it seems great.

You should check out a gameplay video or two. Try Youtube.

I don't expect anyone to be judgmental about the DSi, nor I. I'm one of the suckers that bought the regular DS a few months prior to the release. But in terms of renew-ability, there is nothing worth forking over a few hundred dollars if you already own the base console.

Don't **** fundamentals.

I should get a DS. :s

EDIT
I should get a video card for my PC instead? (Y/N)

Get a used original DS. They're surely only €50 by now.

So? Why does that make the DSi a shitty product/idea? Just because you bought the original and you don't want to upgrade?

Riom, it's pretty much impossible to find an original DS for sale, used or not.

You can find 'em everywhere on ebay, at least.

But, I, didn't say it was a shitty product or idea. My arguement all along was that the seperation between it and the Lite is humoursly small.

In AUS, they are everywhere. They're still selling the limited edition red Mario logo ones here. All for a RRP $128 :P

Umm?? I guess 2 cameras, bigger brighter screens, and a completely new wifi store and internal/external content storage is humorously small to you? Much bigger gap than the DS to DS Lite was.

Pretty much this. Except without the wierdo foreigner symbol. My good old gray brick DS still works like it did the day I got it.
