So anyway, I got tired of my old music, so I need something new, but I have no idea what to get. I love some Celtic music, or rock, to the extend. Here is a list of my latest interests:

Fight Club OST - some nice music there, as I understand made by Dust Brothers. Any other good music made by them that you can recommend to me? (name of the song/album would be welcomed).

HackSign OST Collection - amazing soundtrack! Listing to it right now, a lot of Celtic tones right here, so I am in love with this music.

Berserk OST - again, some amazing music, like berserk ost 1 - earth.

The Pillows - very talented, in my opinion, Japanese rock group. They did soundtrack to FLCL. I like them, because they have a lot of guitar solos.

Music from the games - Max Payne 2, Planescape: Torment and so on.

Linda - she is a Russian singer, so never mind her, I bet nobody heard of her before.

So, as you can see I have very strange taste in music. Can you recommend something similar to my tastes? (Big anime fan would be nice, because FLCL, Berserk and HackSign are animes). But please, no rap crap or punk garbage (I started to hate MTV punk, don't know why). Also, I have Matrix OST already, so it is out.

/chu smacks himself on the forehead

What has the world come too when little johnny pops some ex and flails his bony arms to two nerds playing keyboards, while lasers and smoke burns his retinas.

why?...........why?!.....*tear*

The Delgados have some good music, my fav right now is The Light Before We Land.

I discovered it because it's the opening theme for Gunslinger Girl :D

If you like a calming type of music I suggest Opeth's Damnation album. Great instrumentals, a very calm and soothing feel.

The Dust Brothers haven't made any CD's themselves, but they've helped Beck producing Midnite Vultures and maybe Odelay...I can't remember if Odelay is produced by them aswell, but it's worth listening to.
Yes, Fight Club OST is the best damn soundtrack I've ever bought but unfortunately I haven't been able to find other CD's that sound like this one. I guess it's a one of a kind.
I really think you should look into some new electronic(a) music such as Bogdan Raczynski or Autechre. For some reason this tells me that you'll like it, don't ask me why, but I do have a feeling about it. May I recommend Bogdan Raczynski's Thinking of you and Autechre's Draft 7.30
You can listen to Autechre's Draft 7.30 here: http://www.aphextwin.nu/disco/release.php?release=923
I needed to download the sample to listen to it, I don't know if it's necessary...?

Oh and when/if you listen to these artists that I've told you about then don't start out by saying "THIS SUCKS!!". Pay really close attention to the tracks because there are so many layers in these tracks that you wouldn't believe it!

If you like celtic music and rock look into some punk bands like Flogging Molly or Drop Kick Murphies. Also consider ska.

Oh Christ, this thing is awesome! Thanks for the link! Reminds me a lot of weirdness of Fight Club soundtrack. Thinking about getting it.

Also LoneDeranger, I didn't really like it, too fast for me. You see, I like when it is a little bit slower, even if it has some pop elements to it. (Like hackSign soundtrack).

Maybe you would like Aphex Twin's Selected Ambient Works Vol. 2! It's really awesome, and really chilled....but at some parts it's really nasty and spooooooky
