OMG sick of admin

I'm so sick of this kid who's admin on a server he let me be admin on. He acts so confused as to why Im "not authorized" to use ma_rcon or ma_exec or anything to do things like change gravity! that's all i want is the ability to change gravity...being able to do anything in console would be nice since we periodically have to restart the server when it becomes jerky as detailed in my other post. just so sick of him never fixing my permissions to where i can do stuff in console. anyone else got a server i can admin? and feel free to vent about your admin problems
