D) You should be suspected for mass murder?

How much more vague can this be?

Arguably, everyone qualifies.

Please revise your question.
What you should be asking is, maybe, if you have any evidence of mass-murder, before launching the world's vaguest accusation.

I don't think it's quite so simple, Bush is just a figurehead.

But he is complicit in the policy towards the middle east which has lead to so much destruction apparentley through incompetance, so in my opinion that makes him equally as guilty.
