online half-life mods problem

I keep crashing and i'm on my last limb here, I cant stay in a server without this happenening and having to quit. After I crash I am able to check the console and I see
Host_Error: UserMsg: Not Present on Client 23

Does this happen when you load the mod, when you connect, as it connects and the game appears, or during play?

Which mods? Is it all the mods you run?

Do you have the latest version of the mods you are trying to run? Check they haven't been updated recently...
