Online Play Denied

In Deathmatch, after the server loads and I start to go into the game, it exits right back to the server list. It simply won't let me in...anywhere.

Also, with Garry's Mod. I want to join a game, but it says the Construct Map differs from the server's map.

What the eff is going on?

More info on my Garry's Mod problem....

when trying to connect to a server, the message says that my bm_construct.bsp map differs from the server.

When I try the map in single player, it says 'node graph out of date, rebuilding'

I have the legal version...bastard came on 5 discs! lol...could really use some assistance. I haven't edited the game or any files, and am having problems already.

Do you have the most updated versions of garrys mod?
