Open a DOD: Source FOrum?

I think it's about time. They announced it's going to be coming out with HL2 Steam Gold Package. I'd say it's about time.

No, they said it will be released to those with the Gold package when it is finished. I really don't think DoD: Source is anywhere near finished, otherwise we would have seen some media from it.

Will DoD:Source be available as a download for free? It sucks if Valve is making people pay for what was a free mod.

I too think a DoD:Source forum would be a good idea. We had a HL2 forum quite a while before it was complete....

They haven't done much work on DOD:Source yet, but they'll start it after HL:S, CS:S and HL2 is out the door.

dude they have been working on it for the last few months.. heh the game is already converted to the source engine already and they've had basic playtest of it. now they are focusing on rebuilding features, and adding stuff. but i have the same question will i have to pay for DOD source? or can i download it for free since its suppose to be a free mod?

they actually had a screenshot a little while ago.

same textures look kinda blagh, but the lighting and water looks great
