I have dl'ed everything from steam right now, got the silver package. I'm looking at my network connection and its constantly uploading and downloading material. Its not writing to hard drive, so its staying in memory. I dont have the connection when steam is closed at first, then when I start steam up, it opens up. If I then close steam, the connection is still there. Anyone else getting this? I already updated all the material also.
