Opening the console with french canadian keyboard

I'm trying to open the console with no success. My ~ key is near the L key and it does'nt work ! It as been activated in the options menu.

Please help me !

I found it

You need to edit your config.cfg or userconfig.cfg to add the bind (use notepad).

example:
bind "F12" "toggleconsole"
