Opera help: Windows Media Player related

Okay, so whenever I try to download a wmv file by clicking on the link in Opera, Windows Media Player opens up and tries to stream it. This makes my comp slow down terribly - and then it doesn't stream. I want to get a "Save To" box, instead of this annoyance. Anyone know how to fix this? It works if I right-click and save target as, but that really doesn't work for the site I want to download the wmv from.

Just in case it isn't obvious, I'm using Windows XP SP2.
