order of games and icons

how can I edit the order of the games in the Play games list in steam and possibly add icons to "3rd party games". I don't want 3rd Party Games and My Games to necessarily mix (if i could get it too that would be nice). But I'm an organized guy and I like if I could organize the order of the games for myself.

I'd imagine its some steam file that does it, try steampowered i bet someone on there has asked the same thing. Though I'm edging on the side of it not being possible really.

couldnt find anything there and signing up is getting all kinds of errors and not emailing from steampowered.com (overload?) so if anybody here can help me it would be much appreciated!
