Ordering tomorrow, how everything look?

Athlon 64 3000+
MSI K8N Neo Platinum

and as of now I have this

BFG 6800GT OC @ 420/1100
Sound Blaster Audigy 2
Antec P-160 Case and Antec 550 watt psu
1GB Corsair XMS DDR400


ect ect.... is that a good motherboard and cpu combination?

I want to oc my cpu from 200 too 400mhz, is that plausible?

Yes its pretty good... Its just a shame your using a creative card when the onboard sound of your motherboard is superior.

And you wont get much of an overclock from the 3000+ as the 64 bit chips dont overclock that well.

Nvidia soundstorm is superior to creative in the fact that it doesnt use nearly as much CPU time and in my opinion sounds better. By using the onboard audio you'll get more FPS.
