overclocking 9700 pro what should i expect

ok im going to overclock my 9700 pro. its at default clock speeds now(which i think is 325/620(310 x ddr). im getting an Arctic Cooling VGA Silencer Rev 3, il use artic silver 5 past.
and Coolermaster RAM Chips ARC-U01 for the ram on the card. im hopping to get 385/690(345 x ddr). is this a resonable figure or should i get more. or less?

o ye, its from crucial and its 128 mb

I've overclocked my 9700 from 276.75/270 to 330.75/303.75, close enough to a 9700 pro. I've noticed a 4-5 FPS gain in most newer games, don't care to check older ones.

I'd expect you'll see about that
