Overclocking AMD Barton 2500+

I currently own AMD 2500+ Barton and Asus A7N8X-Deluxe motherboard. Can someone tell me how I can overclock the system to 3200+? Thanks.

I currently run 1 CPU fan, power fan, 2 chasis fan on the back, and 1 chasis fan on the side.

Give me the instruction in details please.
