Overclocking FsB with KHX3200A

Hi

my pc specs are:
p4 3.2c
asus p4p800 se
x800 pro 256mb
2x 512mb Kingston Hyper X pc3200 A version (not UL)

I want to oc my fsb, but since ram is holding you back @ oc , I want to know how far I can Oc (KHXpc300A sux but Hyper X were made for OC tho) with stock CPU cooling , and what ram timing and vdimm etc, plz give me step by step details. I have tried oc 1 time but when I past 210 fsb my bios is set automaticly to 266 mhz instead the 400 wich is a 3:2 . wich divider should I take or must I put it back to 1:1 (cuz I dont wana oc to far, keep the stockcooler). With asus probe the readings are: under full load cpu=41-43 MB=37-39 max
I just dont wana oc to much, still want to be 100% safe!

I doubt you could go past 210FSB... PC3200 isnt made for overclocking at all no matter what Kingston say.
