Playing as Infected vs Survivors I think. I thought Versus mode was an extra anyway, so lack of full support doesn't worry me.

It's most likely some jealous PS3 fanboy, though I don't know why they didn't botch up the PC user score. Oh well, best to just ignore the user votes for now.

The low user comments on metacritic have been around for ages, alot of other console titles get the same treatment, they even put a disclaimer at the bottom of the GOW2 page stating it didnt represent real opinions, lol.

As for the versus thing, a single full round of versus can take more than 2 hours, as it basicly involves 2 teams playing through the coop campaign, with the opposing team trying to grief them, the maps themselves are reworked over the coop versions, to include climb points and extra routes over rooftops and such, where the survivors cant go, fitting the other 2 campaigns for versus is somthing they could do with updates.

There is, and that problem is called the "Xbox community".

Ignore the console scores, their all just a bunch of bitching fan boys. If it's Halo, Metal Gear Solid, Gears of War or some other exclusive game then the others will go out of their way to make sure that it gets a low score. I can see why Valve are porting to the consoles, just don't listen to anything that the console owners say, they don't have any taste! (most of the time)

I think your misunderstanding, people are talking about the Metacritic user scores, where angry fanboys vote for a game they havnt even played yet, and as such, unreleased games like L4D get 2.8 on that page.

9.5 is an excellent score.
