whaha.. srry... not even by far..
i'm running AMD athlon XP 2000+ @ 1.6ghz with ATI Radeon 9600XT and I don't even get 30 fps.. you need a new CPU and a new vid card

But he's talking about low settings. I doubt you're running low settings with that, probably medium maybe some high.
