Hello.

I make many allieds already fast! i like to thank for being kind and today I did good on mid term exam for english. I am learning.

I ask a vote.

here we have almost all believe in god, the forgiving. i read america does but not so much and europa.

i ask, what are you?

Yes I do believe in god....but America is made up of many cultures...so really Yes and No.Even tho our founding fathers based the goverment on christanity...but times have changed that and now it's based off of many beliefs and morals.

Edit:What country are you from?

Well, personally I don't believe in god, therefore I am an atheist. Evolution is my practicality.

Oh, the word we use here for "allieds" is friends! It's ok though, you don't have to use it, as I can usually understand what you are saying. Congrats on the midterm!

Definately believe in God and Heaven, which in turn means Saten and Hell.

I'm taking a wild guess that he's from Abu Dhabi.

As for god, I'm still undecided on the issue.

Oh...Didn't know Abu Dhabi was part of the UAE.Dumbass me... :(

I still say its Yatta/supertrooper, or someone trying that old spiel.

does america believe in god?
come on.
people are people, everyone is different, location does not determine one's beliefs.

much love if you really are that... err friendly?

what does yatta mean

I know trooper like fighter

and me i am muslim so yes paradise is.

Actually a majority of Americans believe in God.. just not Allah. But they are all the same in my opinion.

I don't believe in any god, but I am willing to accept I'm wrong if it turns out so.

Allah in english means God...I think..?So Really it's one in the same.

i know the christiany, and we have same, what is.. like a tree.. but people. we are from ibrahim

Hmmmmm...Sounds intresting.I should study up on Islam.

I believe in an afterlife.. as for whether I believe theres some ultimate force (god) driving everything in the universe, I find it highly unlikley.

I did some reading on Islam, and depending on who you talk to you can get a wide range of views on the Koran (Qur'an).

Some (including former muslims) believe Islam teaches muslims nothing but hate towards other races (specifically Christianity and Judaism) and is totally a male oriented religion (i.e. everything is written in favor of the men).

Others believe it's the best book since sliced bread basically and use it's teachings to lead an honest and noble life. The problem with the Qur'an and any holy book for that matter is they're very ambiguous.

I'm an atheist, which I believe is the dominant thing here in Europe. :)

Ha.. so sure are we? Atheism makes up for a small percentage of the population.

Time to end this charade. HerzaiMekhtar is a false account made by forum member RakuraiTenjin. Rakurai lives in Arizona, and funnily enough, our logs show that Herzai has posted on this forum from Arizona as well, not Abu Dhabi. That is a coincidence. I suggest you stop using this account, Rakurai.

It does? Wow. :|
Thing is, I've never met a christian. Well, not a christian under the age of 50 here in sweden. So I jumped to conclusions :P
EDIT: Ok, I've met some christians under the age of 50. But not many! :P If you go into a church during sunday service here, 99% of everyone will be old ladies over the age of 60 :)

And Abom, that is sad :(
I was seriously, honestly hoping that he was who he said he was. It would have been nice with a few other cultures here :(

Maybe only a small percentage says to be actually atheist, and I'll bet good money on it that a large percentage doesn't even know what it means, but here, only 40% is member of an organized church.

go go abom. thanks for clearing that up.

oops, sorry, I smiled.

It was a little entertaining, and I hope I didn't make anyone angry or anything. 'twas in good fun, and I won't post on the account again. ^^

It actually did help me a bit in learning more on my Farsi, as you can see in the other thread where we were talking. I just wanted to bring a little cheerfulness around.

//edit: In the other thread, the user DeathSeeker is not me.

Nice try, Rakurai..

And thanks to Abom for finding it out.:)

I'm confused.

And no, I don't belive in anything after death, although it would be cool if a place like heaven existed but I rellay rellay doubt it.

i live in America, Arizona, USA to be specific, i do believe in god, i am christian but we have so many cultures here in America that you can not clearly define America as as either religious or non religious. but i do respect athiest, i do not think they go to hell just because of one flaw. i do not completely trust 100% what the bible says because who knows how many times it has been "re-written" by someone. but i i do believe in the things that all types of christianity all have in common such as Jesus The Christ died for us, God created us, and the ten commandments also a few other details but that pretty much sums it up. the key to living normally in such a multi-cultured country is to not be to egotistical and up tight and think just because someone doesn't believe in what you believe makes them ignorant and wrong, because the truth is we really dont know the answer until we die.

my family is catholic but i dont belive in god or any of that bs.

I'm not exactly sure about this, but in Sweden isn't everyone technically born into the curch, and you have to "opt" out?

Anyway, Christian, Paradise...Yes :)

But paradise isn't all fluffy clouds or even just a green looking earth. I believe it is perfect, and so beyond the comprehension of our imperfect minds :D So next time someone says "Oh yeah but heaven is going to be boring because we won't have cool games like hl2". Il just say that the onyl way it can be explained here, in this universe with our minds is a place where everything is a new experience, while at the same time something we are experienced and good at. We will always be entertained, but never so much that it will become boring. There will always be something more, somewhere new to visit something better to do, and everything will as I say be that something new.

The best, and shortest way I can tell you to imagine it is, think of it out of the corner of your brain. Like an optical illusion that only looks right when you look at it out of the corner of your eye.
