Password protected folders - Need help

I was wondering if there is any possibility to make folders in Windows XP password protected, I.E. you need a password to open the folder.

If I need some sort of third-party program, please let med know what it's called and how to get it if possible, thank you.

if the hard drive is formatted as NTFS rather than as FAT...Simply store sensitive files and folders in a compressed folder and use that folder's built-in password protection option.

Thanks a lot, PuNcH! I tried Magic Folders and it works pretty good. Too bad that I only can use it for 30 more days though. :/
