Pause Problem anyone?

Hey I have an odd problem and im trying to weed out of its my PC or if others are having it.

When I am playing, no matter what server I am on. If I am playing a public server, about every 5-6 seconds, it keeps pausing, and seems to happen at the most inoppertune times. It will pause, then everyone is a few steps ahead of me. It happens very consistently, so it does not look like a lag issue per say.

Anyone else getting this? :flame:

Same thing with me. You have to set your rates. I set mine
rate 20000
cl_rate 100
cl_updaterate 45.
It stop all that and no choke or loss for me

thats called lag....can be caused by several things

A lot of people were getting that and still are with CS and CZ, one fix is to completely uninstall any firewall software you have, ZoneAlarm and SyGate cause this bug and simply disabling them won't help, you have to remove them and reboot.
