Both cost around £300, Just bought hl2 and iv heard that ATI outperforms thier nvidea, tis this true?

What 1 shall i get?

I have a 6800 GT. Runs like a dream, haven't tried X800 Pro, but most benchmarks/reviews show that the 6800GT is the better of the two, although on a margin that isn't wider than a couple to half a dozen fps.

Don't get either Asus card, just get another brand's 6800GT! Better performance for I believe the same price.

Btw that 6800 is the Asus V9999 GE which is a juiced up 6800 (the $300 one) and still only has 12 pipelines and will lose to that X800 pro. Plus it's way overpriced.
