It should look exactly as the following: "C:\Program Files\Steam\steam.exe" -paypal

There might be one in the near future. But I would strongly suggest using PayPal or a credit card because those are the safest ways.

You can set paypal up to work via bank transfers. Its not as fast as credit cards, but if you have a bank account, it should work.

My guess is that he option to pay straight away with a debit card will be added once the Paypal payment is fully working.

When i change my exe, steam is 'unavaliable' maybe its down for now, or US only or something.
