PC Monitor --> Consoles

I was just wondering if I could hook up my PS2 to my monitor, I recently saw in the back of my computer I built, that it had those 2 ports, like the connectors on the PS2, the white and the red one, but where would the video go? Any help is appreciated. I tried googling it but no one gets into detail.

To do this, you'll need a tuner card. It's not as simple as just running the lines to your motherboard/video card.

If you bought a ViVo [video] card, then you'll have to hook it up via svideo.
