PCI-Express? or VGA?

I'm not sure if it's VGA or not but I have no idea what works on my mobo... or no idea how to check. I bought my comp 2 years ago so that has to count for something. ANYWAYS!! I want to buy a GeForce 6600 but don't know if I can get PCI-Express or VGA (or whatever it is) can anyone help?
